Offboard a user

Offboarding a user allows you to automatically remove accesses and requests for that user on the managed apps they had access to. This will save you significant number of hours at every Offboarding!

1

Go to the provisioning tab

2

Select the user to be Offboarded or manually onboard a new one

Here you can either select a user to offboard who has been detected via your HR tool integration or to manually launch an offboarding from the specific user page

From the Offboarding table

From a specific user page

3

(Optional) Reallocate ownership of apps

In the case where the user being offboard is an owner fo apps, Corma will automatically prompt you to reallocate the ownership of those apps to an active user

4

Decide if you'd like Corma to auto-revoke the Google account

Corma is able to automatically revoke the Google license of your users during offboarding and transfer this user's Google data to another user. By default Corma will use the manager to transfer the data (automatically detected from the HR integration)

Toggle this on if you would like Corma to automate it for you
