Onboard a user

PreviousCreate app bundlesNextOffboard a user

Last updated 6 months ago

Onboarding a user allows you to automatically create accesses and requests for that user on the apps needed for their position. This will save you significant number of hours at every Onboarding!

1

Go to the provisioning tab

2

Select the user to be onboarded or manually onboard a new one

Here you can either select a user to onboard who has been detected via your HR tool as an onboarding or to manually create a new user entry and onboard that new user on the spot.

3

(Optional) Edit personal email and merge users

In the case where a personal email is detected or a duplicate user is identified, Corma will alert you and ask you to remedy this situation in one click. This can often happen when users are added in the HR tool with their personal email first

4

Add that user to App bundle groups

Select the relevant app groups for this user based on their team

5

Decide if you'd like Corma to auto-create the Google account

Corma is able to automatically create the Google license of your users during onboarding and will use the data of your HR app to do so. When created an one-time password will be sent to you to be shared with the new user.

Toggle this on if you would like Corma to automate it for you

6

Launch the Onboarding

Click on "Start Onboarding" to get it launched and save a lot of valuable time !
