Once an onboarding or an offboarding has been launched you can track the progress of the remaining tasks from the user's specific page profile

Go to the user's specific page
On all users page search for the user you want to track the progress of and select them

Go to the "requests" tab on that specific user page
Click on the "requests" tab next to "unauthorized apps"

Check the progress of all requests
Here you can track all the requests that have been completed, declined or are still in progress for that user, this will allow you to track the progress of an onboarding or offboarding very quickly
