The Expense Module in Corma provides users with a centralised and detailed view of their company’s IT expenses, offering actionable insights and tools to manage spending effectively.
On the Aggregate Section at the top, users get a complete overview of information and actions related to their company’s IT expenses:
Total Saving: Sum of savings annually. Excluded suppliers and license types are not taken into account.

Contracts that are not yet Live
Spend Detected
Spend per user
Annual Cost by Department, such as: ComEx, Product, Devs, Sales, Marketing, and Other
Button to connect your accounting tool via direct integration
Button to import your invoices with AI in PDF format, powered by OpenAI and MistralAI
Further down, visuals of Annual IT Expenses, Top 15 Live contracts, and Upcoming Contract Renewals are displayed, all easily switchable via a toggle on the right side of the page.
The Expense Module also features a detailed table of apps, with key information categorised by Department, Annual Costs, Annual Savings, Renewal Deadline date, Owner, and Stage.
To provide even more actionable insights, the module includes the Estimated Data functionality. This feature leverages Corma’s extensive database of average license prices to estimate costs for known applications. Custom data is clearly marked with a green indicator for easy differentiation.
To enable Estimated Data:
Click on the Estimated Data button on the right-hand side of the screen.
Toggle the switch to On to activate the feature.
