The key expressions being used inside Corma so you are always sure what is going on in and around Corma. We try to have our terms as easy to understand and as comprehensible as possible but sometimes it gets a bit technical.

Corma Term	Category	Definition
Shadow IT	Applications	Unauthorised software apps being used from employees
Active	User Status	Users detected from your identity provider like Google or your HR app that have an active company email account
Deactivated	User Status	Users in your workspace that have their company email account suspended or removed
Offboarding	User Status	Users where their offboarding has been initiated in Corma by an admin to revoke their accesses
Offboarded	User Status	Users that have been succesfully offboarded and all official accounts have been revoked
Active	License Status	A license that currently active and that has been recently used by the user
Inactive	License Status	A license that is currently paid/active but where the user has not had any recent activity detected
To be revoked	License Status	A license that should be revoked by the owner, either for an offboarding of a user or for a single access removal
Revoked	License Status	A license that has been successfully revoked by the owner
Authorized	App Status	An official app that has been authorized by the admins to be used. Accounts linked to thos will by included in the offboarding automations of users
Tolerated	App Status	An app which is not official but tolerated to be used by users. Users using a tolerated app will not receive notifications on their browser when using those apps (in the case where the admin have activated the browser notifications in the settings)
Unauthorized	App Status	An app that should not be used by any member of the company. Users that try to use this app on their browser will be notified instantly (in the case where the admin have activated the browser notifications in the settings)
To be reviewed	App Status	An app that has been detected by Corma but which still needs to be reviewed by an admin
Access request	Requests	A request to create / provisioin an access to a specific user on a specific app
Access removal	Requests	A request to delete / deprovisioin an access to a specific user on a specific app
