This page introduces Corma's Access Requests module, designed to provide admins with a centralised view of all access requests and removals in their company. Discover how it simplifies the process of validating or declining requests with ease.
On the REQUESTS KANBAN page, admins get an intuitive view of access requests that still require an action, as well as a view of resolved requests. Each request is detailed with the App, User, Approver, License type, as well as the Due date.
When an admin clicks on an Access Request or Access Removal, they are presented with options to validate or decline the request. For validation, a detailed Tasks checklist guides them through the required steps to create or revoke the license seamlessly.
On the ALL REQUESTS page, admins can view a comprehensive list of Access Requests and Access Removals, with each request displaying the Type of Request, App, User, Status, Approver, and Submitted On date. The table can be customised using the dropdown menu on the right to display 'My tickets' (requests assigned to the admin), 'All tickets,' or 'Tickets with no owner.’
