Last updated 16 days ago

The Expense Module in Corma offers advanced features to provide deeper insights and improved management of application expenses. With Contract Management and License Status Breakdown, you can organize application expenses by contract and maintain complete control over your SaaS spending.

Contract-Level Expense Tracking

Each application can be detailed by contract, allowing you to break down subscription plans and specify the number of seats per plan. This granular approach enables precise management and tracking of subscription costs across departments and teams.

License Status Breakdown

The License Status Breakdown feature allows you to track active, inactive, and to-be-provisioned users for each application. This added visibility helps you:

  • Visualize license usage for quick identification of underutilized resources.

  • Optimize seat allocation to avoid unnecessary spending.

  • Proactively plan for upcoming deployments and licensing needs.

These updates make it possible to align spending with actual usage, ensuring that your organization is maximizing the value of its SaaS investments.
